Wine News: Woman Winemaker of the Year!
We are proud to announce that Helena Senekal, our talented cellar master, has been named 2024 Woman Winemaker of the Year! Her passion and skill have earned her this well-deserved recognition. Congratulations, Helena!
2024 Harvest
Despite challenging weather conditions, including frost and heavy rainfall, this year’s harvest was remarkable. Our red wines display excellent ruby colors with structure and flavor, while our whites are bursting with tropical and citrus notes. Some of our 2024 whites will be bottled in June—stay tuned for the release dates.
Competitions and More
We recently concluded the Numzaan Brandy Competition, and we’re excited to announce the winner, Leon Lottering, who will enjoy a year’s supply of Numzaan Brandy, a stay at Monta Rose Guest House, and a cellar tour.
